The joy in grief - Messages of God's Word Evangelical

The joy in suffering What is the reason for suffering? Why suffer?

2 My brethren, because of the great joy you encounter various trials, 3 knowing that the testing of your faith develops perseverance; 4 But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and complete, not lacking anything.

12 Blessed is the man that endureth temptation: for he shall receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised those who love him. 13 No one is tempted, I am tempted by God, because God can not be tempted by evil and he tempts no one. 14 But each one is tempted when he is dragged away and enticed by his own lust; 15 Then when lust hath conceived, it bringeth forth sin: and sin, when it is finished, bringeth forth death.

James 1:2 at 4 and 12 to 15

The Holy Spirit of God through the Apostle Paul directs us to observe suffering and trials with other eyes. He teaches us to look with eyes of faith and development of our relationship with God the Father For men in the world this thing is very difficult to accept. For them it is total madness. However, for those born of God is easier to understand why the challenges and temptations so that we can move forward in the journey are many. It is the famous narrow door. Our trials and testing are similar to the process of purifying gold. First the metal must pass through the fire to burn the coarser impurities. For further refinement is necessary to go through much higher temperatures in order to occur through the fusion of metals separation between the more noble metal and others. Only at the end of the process, valuable gold will be completely purified. The trials and tribulations in our lives assume the same role of temperature for gold. It is our firm hope in the future. As the noble metal. At the end of the process it will be purer and more valuable and will serve for the works worthy and commendable. This too must be our faith and perseverance. When we are suffering because of some problem or trouble we have in our hearts the assurance that we will in due time, comforted and rewarded because of our growing and courageous faith in our Lord Jesus Christ. Only Believe! He never abandons us. No man is free to go through troubles, tribulations, pain and suffering. However, the Lord Jesus Christ comforts us and gives us his grace so that, from now on, we can feel the soft and delicious taste of our victory is the result of our steadfast faith in our Lord.

My grace is sufficient for thee: for my strength is made perfect in weakness. So willingly I rather glory in my weaknesses, so that rest upon me the power of Christ. 10 Therefore I take pleasure in infirmities, in reproaches, in necessities, in persecutions, in distresses for Christ's sake. Because when I am weak, then am I strong.

2 Corinthians 12:9 and 10

The great example of the Lord Jesus Crucified that humiliating cross reveals that for men in the world he was carrying in his humble appearance suffered any defeat and failure of man.

However, Jesus was actually in pain, humiliation and suffering, carrying the victory of many. It was the weakness and suffering of Jesus that we gain our strength and victory.

When I am weak, then I am strong. - 2 Corinthians 12:10
