There is none good but one, that is God. 19 Thou knowest the commandments: Do not kill, Do not commit adultery, not steal, Do not bear false witness, defraud, Honor thy father and thy mother. 20 But he answered him, Master, all these have I kept from my youth. 21 Then Jesus beholding him, loved him and told him: One thing you lack: go, sell whatsoever thou hast and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come, follow me. 22 And he was sad at that saying, he went away sorrowful, for he had great possessions. 23 And Jesus looked around and said to his disciples, How hardly enter the kingdom of God those who have wealth! 24 And the disciples were astonished at his words, but Jesus, turning to speak, said to them: Children, how hard is [for those who trust in riches] enter the kingdom of God! 25 It is easier for a camel through the eye of a needle than a rich man to enter the kingdom of God. 26 And they were greatly astonished, saying among themselves, Who then can be saved? 27 Jesus, looking upon them, he replied: For men it is impossible, but not to God: for with God all things are possible. 28 Peter began to say unto him, We have left everything and followed you. 29 Jesus answered, Verily I say to you, who has left house or brothers or sisters or mother or father or children or fields for my sake and the gospel 30 But he shall receive a hundredfold now in this time, houses and brothers and sisters and mothers and children and lands, with persecutions, and in the world to come eternal life. 31 But many that are first shall be last, and many who are last shall be first.

The same thing happens to us, we do everything right, we worship the Living God Almighty, unadulterated, not kill, not steal, do not give false testimony, do not lie, honor our parents, we keep the Sabbath, not we use the name of our God in vain, and do not worship images of anything, not covet anything close and so we seek to love our brothers.

However, the same way that the Lord Jesus loved the young man He loves us and He also tells us:

My beloved, my beloved, it still lacks one thing:

Let pornography and follow me; Leave the drugs and follow me; Let the cigarette and follow me; Let the alcohol, and follow me; Let worldly things and follow me; Impurities and let him follow me; Let the praises of the world and follow me; Let prostitution and follow me; Let the fame and follow me; Let the evidence and follow me; Let the wisdom of this world and follow me; Let masturbation and follow me; Let the abominable sexual life and follow me; Let fraud and follow me; Let the lies and follow me; Let's vanity, and follow me; Let the pride and follow me; Let the love of self and follow me; Leave the arrogance and follow me; Let the greed and follow me; Let love and idolatry of money and follow me ...



And we? What response we will do our God of Love? Is that sad, we are to flee from the presence of our God of Love. Are we the bad choice to stay with what separates us from him and throw away the great treasure that awaits us in heaven?

We must remember that our God has done so much for us. Does not have all due respect, fear and love of doing what our God is so lovingly and humbly asking.

Does it give a negative answer to our Loving God?

Today, we will opt for life, the Truth and the only path that leads us to our Father today we will go out of our throne and cede our place so that the Lord Jesus Christ in us inaugurate the Great Kingdom of His love and justice in our lives.
