THE WORD OF GOD IS GUIDING

For works of men, by word of thy lips I have kept the ways of the violent man. - Psalms 17:4

For the word of the Lord is right, and all his works are done in truth. Psalms 33:4

As a young man cleanse his way? By living according to your word. Psalm 119:9

Lamp to my feet is your word, and a light unto my path. Psalm 119:105

But he said, rather, blessed are those who hear the word of God, and keep it. Luke 11:28



THE WORD OF GOD IS WORSHIP

My eyes anticipated the night watches, that I might meditate in thy word. Psalm 119:148

The Lord is my strength and my song, he is become my salvation: He is my God, I will praise Him, the God of my father, I will exalt him. Exodus 15:2 Celebrate my tongue thy word, for all thy commandments are righteous. Psalm 119:172

The Gentiles heard this, they were glad and glorified the word of the Lord, and all who believed were ordained to eternal life. Acts 13:48 Praise the Lord, for he is good: for his mercy endureth for ever. your word. - Psalm 118:29

But I will sing of thy strength: in the morning will sing aloud of thy mercy: for thou hast been my defense and refuge in the day of my trouble. Psalm 59:16 To thee, O my Strength, I sing praise, for God is my strength, is the God who shows me lovingkindness. - Psalms 59:17



THE WORD OF GOD IS REVELATION

By the word of the Lord were the heavens made, and all their host by the breath of his mouth. - Psalms 33:6

I am the Lord, and none else: besides me there is no God, I girded thee, though thou hast not known me. In order to know from the rising of the sun, and from the west that besides me there is no other, I am the Lord, and there is none. Isaiah 45:5 and 6



The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy: I came that they may have life in abundance. - John 10:10

Without a word in my tongue, behold, O Lord, you know it. Psalm 139:4

But he answered them: My mother and my brethren are these which hear the word of God and obey it. - Luke 8:21

Whoever rejects me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word I have spoken, the same judge on the last day. - John 12:48

David said moreover, The LORD that delivered me from the jaws of the lion and the paw of the bear, deliver me from the hand of this Philistine. Saul said unto David, Go, and the Lord be with you. 1 Samuel 17:37





THE WORD OF GOD IS FORGIVENESS



With all my heart I beg your favor, have mercy on me according to thy word. - Psalm 119:58

Purge me with hyssop, and I shall be clean: wash me, and I shall be whiter than snow. Psalms 51:7

Come, let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be white as snow: though they be red like crimson, they shall be like wool. - Isaiah 1

My little children, these things write I unto you, that ye sin not, but if anyone does sin, we have an advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous. - 1 John 2:1



THE WORD OF GOD IS LOYALTY

If we are faithless, he remains faithful because he can not deny himself. - 2 Timothy 2:13

Your word is faithful in every trial, therefore thy servant loveth it. - Psalm 119:140

Know therefore that the Lord your God is God, the faithful God who keeps covenant and mercy to a thousand generations of those who love Him and keep His commandments: - Deuteronomy 7:9 He is the Rock, his works are perfect, for all his ways are just God's faithfulness and without iniquity, just and right is he. - Deuteronomy 32:4

As for God, his way is perfect, and word of the Lord is faithful, he is a buckler to all those who trust in him. - 2 Samuel 22:31



THE WORD OF GOD IS LIFE AND HEALTH

Death and life are in the power of language, which uses the well eat the fruit. - Proverbs 18:21

Pleasant words are like a honeycomb, sweet to the soul, and medicine for the body. - Proverbs 16:24

He sent his word, and healed them and delivered them from destruction. - Psalm 107:20

My soul clings to the dust: quicken me according to thy word. - Psalm 119:25

I am afflicted very much: quicken me, O Lord, according to thy word. - Psalm 119:107

Plead my cause and redeem me: quicken me according to thy word. - Psalm 119:154

Someone there who speaks like the piercings of a sword but the tongue of the wise brings healing. - Proverbs 12:18

THE WORD OF GOD IS PROSPERITY

What heed to the word prosper, and happy is he who trusts in the Lord. - Proverbs 16:20

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I do not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, that it been furnished to you beyond measure. - Malachi 3:10

The Lord will command the blessing upon thee in thy storehouses and in all that you put your hand, and bless thee in the land which the LORD thy God giveth thee. - Deuteronomy 28:8 well be full of your barns, and shall overflow with new wine your vats. - Proverbs 3:10 Mine is silver and the gold is mine, saith the Lord of hosts. - Haggai 2:8



GOD'S WORD OUT THE TEASER AND THE PURSUIT

Arriving then the tempter said to him: If thou be the Son of God, command that these stones be made bread. Matthew 4:3

and said unto him, If thou be the Son of God, cast thyself down: for it is written, will give his angels charge concerning thee: and they shall bear thee up in their hands, that they strike your foot against a stone. Matthew 4:6

Again the devil took him to a very high mountain and showed him all the kingdoms of the world and their splendor, and said unto him, All this I will give if, down and worship me. Matthew 4:8 and 9

When the Philistine looked and saw David, he disdained him, for he was a young man, ruddy, and comely. And the Philistine said to David: Am I a dog, that you come to me with sticks? And the Philistine by his gods cursed David. And the Philistine said to David, Come to me, and I'll give your flesh to the birds of the air and the beasts of the field. 1 Samuel 17: 42-44



THE WORD OF GOD REVEALS HIS STRENGTH, WISDOM PROTECTION AND FIDELITY

Stand fast therefore, having girded your loins with truth, and put on the breastplate of righteousness, and your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace, taking, especially the shield of faith with which you can extinguish all fiery darts of the wicked. Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God, Ephesians 6: 14-17

But Jesus answered, It is written: Not by bread alone doth man live, but by every word that proceeds from the mouth of God. - Matthew 4:4

Jesus answered him: It is written: Do not tempt the Lord thy God. 7 - Matthew 4:7

Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, worship the Lord your God and serve Him only. Matthew 4:10

But David replied: You come to me with sword, spear and shield: but I come to thee in the name of the Lord of hosts, the God of the armies of Israel, whom thou hast defied. This day the Lord deliver thee into mine hand; hurt thee, and make thee the head, the corpses of the Philistine army today give to the birds of the air and the beasts of the earth, to know that all land there is a God in Israel, and that all this assembly shall know that the Lord saves not with sword or spear, for the Lord's battle, and he will give you into our hands. 1 Samuel 17:45 to 47



THE WORD OF GOD IS WARNING



Therefore as the tongue of fire devours the stubble, straw and melts in the flame, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they rejected the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the holy Israel, Isaiah 5:24

Therefore thus saith the Lord God of hosts, Because ye speak this word, behold, I will fire in my words in thy mouth, and this people wood, so that fire will consume. - Jeremiah 5:14

The wise men are ashamed, dismayed and taken; rejected the word of the Lord, what wisdom is in them? - Jeremiah 8:9

If someone says a word against the Son of Man will be forgiven, but whoever speaks against the Holy Spirit, will not be forgiven, neither in this world nor in the next. - Matthew 12:32

Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they kept my word, keep yours also. - John 15:20

Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, which, however, obey the Son shall not see life, but remains on him the wrath of God. - John 3:36



THE WORD OF GOD IS VICTORY

Then the devil left him, and behold, angels came and attended him. Matthew 4:11

So David prevailed over the Philistine with a sling and a stone and smote him and killed him and there was no sword in the hand of David. He ran because, David, stood upright on the Philistine, and took his sword and took it out of the sheath, and killed him, cutting off his head with it. When the Philistines saw their champion was dead, they fled. 1 Samuel 17:50 to 51

When therefore he was risen from the dead, his disciples remembered that he had said this, and they believed the Scripture and the word which Jesus had said. John 2:22





THE WORD OF GOD IS VITALITY, STRENGTH AND POWER

I have other sheep not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice, and there will be one flock and one shepherd. For this reason the Father loves Me, because I give my life to resume. No man taketh it from me, but I lay it down of myself, I have the authority to give, and I have to retake it. This commandment I received from my Father, John 10:16 and 18

And all amazed and spoke among themselves, asking each other: What is this word, for with authority and power he commands the unclean spirits and they come out? - Luke 4:36

So the word of the Lord grew mightily and prevailed. - Acts 19:20 For the preaching of the cross is foolishness to those who are perishing, but to us which are saved it is the power of God. - 1 Corinthians 1:18 My soul is consumed with sorrow: strengthen me according to thy word. - Psalm 119:28 Is not my word like fire, saith the Lord, and like a hammer that breaketh the rock? - Jeremiah 23:29

Take the helmet of salvation and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God - Ephesians 6:17 For the word of God is living and active and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart. - Hebrews 4:12 The Lord is my strength and my song, he is become my salvation: He is my God, I will praise Him, the God of my father, I will exalt him. - Exodus 15:2 I love you, O Lord, my strength. - Psalms 18:1 The Lord is my rock, my fortress and my deliverer, My God, my rock, in whom I take refuge, my shield and the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. - Psalms 18:2 The Lord is my light and my salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the stronghold of my life-of whom shall I be afraid? - Psalms 27:1 The Lord is my strength and my shield: my heart trusts in him, and I am helped: therefore my heart greatly rejoices, and with my song will I praise him. Psalms 28:7 In thee, my strength, I will wait for God is my refuge. - Psalms 59:9 The Lord is my strength and my song has become my salvation. Psalms 118:14 Behold, God is my salvation I will trust and not fear for the Lord, yes Lord is my strength and my song, and is become my salvation. - Isaiah 12:2 So, here they'll know, this time they'll know my power and my strength and know that my name is Jehovah. - Jeremiah 16:21 The Lord God is my strength, he makes my feet like hinds, and make me walk on my high places. - Habakkuk 3:19



GOD'S WORD IS FAITH AND HUMILITY

And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, full of grace and truth, and we beheld his glory, glory as of the only begotten of the Father - John 1:14 The captain, however, replied to him: Lord, I am not worthy that you come under my roof: but speak the word only and my servant shall be healed. - Matthew 8:8

Then he poured water into a basin and began to wash the disciples' feet and to wipe them with the towel wherewith he was girded. Then cometh he to Simon Peter, who told him: Lord, dost thou wash my feet for me? Jesus replied: What I do thou knowest not now, but you will understand later. Peter made him: Thou shalt never wash my feet. Jesus answered him, If I wash thee not, thou hast no part with me. Simon Peter said to him: Lord, not my feet only but also my hands and head. - John 13: 5-9



THE WORD OF GOD IS TEACHING AND WISDOM

He who guards his mouth preserves his life, but he who opens his lips to himself ruined. - Proverbs 13.3

A soft answer turns away wrath, but harsh words sucita wrath .- Proverbs 15.1

Hidden your word in my heart to not sin against thee. - Psalm 119:11

By long forbearing is a prince persuaded, and a soft tongue breaketh the bone. Proverbs 25:15

I will delight in thy statutes: I will not forget thy word. - Psalm 119:16

Bountifully with thy servant, that I may live, so keep thy word. - Psalm 119:17

He who despises the word brings destruction on himself, but he who fears the commandment will be rewarded. - Proverbs 13:13



Be not rash with thy mouth, nor let your heart be hasty to utter anything before God, because God is in heaven, and thou upon earth: therefore let thy words be few. - Ecclesiastes 5:2

Not complain to you honor the king, nor meddle in place of the great, it is better to be told, "Come up here," than to be humbled before the prince. Proverbs 25: 6-7

But the word of the Lord unto them precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, a little there, to go, and fall backward and be broken, snared, and taken. - Isaiah 28:13

Indeed: not commit adultery, Do not kill, steal, not covet, and if there is any other commandment, it is summarized in one word: Thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself. - Romans 13:9



THE WORD OF GOD IS LIFE RENEWAL

Before I was afflicted I went astray, but now I keep Your word. - Psalm 119:67

I have refrained my feet from every evil way, in order to observe your word. Psalm 119:101

And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. He added, Write: for these words are faithful and true. Revelation 21:5

Create in me, O God, a pure heart and renew a steadfast spirit within me. - Psalms 51:10 Who satisfies all good, so that your youth is renewed like the eagle. - Psalm 103:5 Convert us, O Lord, and be converted, renew our days as of old - Lamentations 5:21

THE WORD OF GOD IS JUST, WISE AND NEVER TURN BACK



By myself I have sworn gone out of my mouth the word of righteousness, and not return back. Before me every knee will bow and every tongue shall swear. - Isaiah 45:23

Heaven and earth will pass away but my words shall not pass away. Matthew 24:35

For verily I say unto you, Till heaven and earth pass, so no one will pass the law or just til i, till all be fulfilled. Matthew 5:18



THE WORD OF GOD IS JOY

Anxiety in the heart of man slaughter, but a good word makes it glad. Proverbs 12:25

I rejoice at thy word, as one who finds great spoil. - Psalm 119:162

I have set the Lord always before me: because he is at my right hand, will not be shaken. Because my heart is glad and rejoices my soul, my flesh also dwells secure. - Psalm 16:8-9

These things I have said, that my joy might remain in you, and your joy may be full. - John 15:11 Rejoice in the Lord always and again I say, Rejoice. - Philippians 4:4

THE WORD OF GOD IS HOPE

Those who fear you will see me and rejoice, because I have hoped in thy word. Psalms 119:74

My soul yearns, waiting for your salvation I hope in thy word. Psalms 119:81

Thou art my refuge and my shield: I hope in thy word. - Psalm 119:114

I wait for the Lord, my soul doth wait, and hope in his word. - Psalm 130:5
Every word of God is pure: he is a shield to those who trust in him. - Proverbs 30:5

Wait on the LORD, cheer up, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, because the Lord. - Psalms 27:14 Our soul waits for the Lord: he is our help and our shield. Psalm 33:20 Commit thy way unto the Lord, trust also in him, and he will do .- Psalm 37:5

GOD'S WORD IS TRUTH

Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth. - John 17:17

The sum of thy word is truth, and every one of thy righteous judgments endureth for ever. - Psalm 119:160 6 Jesus said to him: I am the way, the truth and the life: no man cometh unto the Father except through me. - John 14:6 This is a faithful saying and worthy of all acceptation, that Christ Jesus came into the world to save sinners, of whom I am chief - 1 Timothy 1:15

THE WORD OF GOD IS SURE OF HIS PROMISES OF COMPLIANCE

There failed not ought of any good things that the Lord had promised the house of Israel, all came to pass. - Joshua 21:45

Behold, I am going the way of all the earth, and you know in your hearts and your souls that not one word has failed of all the good things about you spoke the Lord your God, none of which failed, but they all fulfilled. - Joshua 23:14

And this will be from the Lord as a sign that the Lord do this thing that said: - Isa 38:7

Then the Lord told me: seen well, for I will hasten my word to perform it. - Jeremiah 1:12

The same hour was the thing fulfilled upon Nebuchadnezzar: and he was driven from men, and did eat grass as oxen, and his body was wet with the dew of heaven until his hair was grown like eagles' feathers, and their nails like birds' - Daniel 4:33

For as rain and snow descend from heaven and do not return there but water the earth, and make it produce and sprout, giving seed to the sower and bread to the eater, so shall my word be that goes forth from my mouth : he will not return to me empty, but will accomplish what I please, and prosper in the thing for which I sent. Isaiah 55:10 to 11





THE WORD OF GOD IS SALVATION AND ETERNITY

For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16 Responding, however, the other rebuked him, saying, not even fear God, in the same condemnation? And we indeed justly, for we are getting what our deeds: but this man has done. Then said Jesus, remember me when you come into your kingdom. Jesus saith unto him, Verily I say to you today will be with me in paradise. - Luke 23:40 to 43

While Peter was still saying these things, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who heard the word. - Acts 10:44 The saying is: If, therefore, have died with him, also live with him - 2 Timothy 2:11

Verily, verily I say unto you, He that heareth my word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and not be condemned, but has passed from death to life. - John 5:24

Dry the herb and the flower fades, but the word of our God stands forever. Isaiah 40:8

Verily, verily I say unto you, if anyone keeps my word will never see death. - John 8:51

Jesus replied: If a man love me, keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come to him and make our abode with him. - John 14:23

GOD'S WORD IS LOVE

He that loveth not knoweth not God, because God is love. 1 John 4:8 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish but have eternal life. - John 3:16
