The angel of the Lord came a second time, touched him, and said, Arise and eat, for too long you will be traveling. 1 Kings 19:7

We can say that a person who is living in depression is a person who is living in a hole. Often the hole was dug for himself. Others, however, are in a hole that was dug by the enemy of God. In both cases the solution is the same: The strength and power of God. Only the power of God can free someone who is living in the great pit of depression.

So go to the Lord, we humble ourselves and worship and recognize that only in Him is all power and all force able to deliver us, revive us and give us a new life, a life of lasting happiness and victories.

No matter what our situation. No matter what we are going through. The important thing is that God, the Lord Jesus and the Holy Spirit of God has given us his wonderful grace and forgiveness. Therefore, even without merit, since we are freed from our sins and transgressions. Our part in all this is very simple. Just as we receive into our hearts with joy this wonderful and incomprehensible act of love of our God of Glory, the Lord Jesus Christ.

When we repent of the ways in which we were going wrong and ask forgiveness for our sins, God forgives us, cleanses and sanctifies us. Then just follow the firm and baptize in the new and blessed life that our God of Love has given us. The Lord told us:

Arise, shine, for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee. Isaiah. 60:1

Glory to God! No more suffering! Let us stand, let's shake off the dust, raise your head and out of the hole we met. We were not made for defeat. We did not have the courage nor strength to leave, but the Lord came and using all their authority and power He told us:

Arise, Mary; Arise, John; Arise, Marlene; Arise Antonio; Arise, Marcia; Arise, Joseph; Arise, Sandra; Arise, Daniel; Arise Lucia; Arise Márcio; Arise, Laura;

And it was done again because it's the word of God Almighty who gives new life and new strength to their sons and daughters.

Wherefore he saith, Awake, O sleeper, and arise from the dead, and Christ will shine. - Ephesians 5:14

For as the Father raises the dead and gives them life, so the Son gives life to whomever he wishes. - John 5:21

Touched by the strength and power of the Most High, we rose from our sameness and discouragement. Not that we could do nothing but fed by the powerful Word of God who acted in our lives the Lord Jesus entered the world of the dead and, as he brought to life the widow's son at Nain, He made us alive and gave us new life when He said: 'Arise!

Now, the Light of God shines on our lives miserable, and now we can live a full and abundant life in the presence of our loving God. Let us rejoice! Grace and Glory of Almighty God come with all the strength and power to completely change our lives.

With great faith in the Holy Trinity and we trust ourselves up. With courage, let us lift up our heads, our thoughts clear and follow confident towards the great victory that is our eternal life next to our Father of lights, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God.

It's time to change this history of limitations, losses, sadness, pessimism and destruction that the enemy of God insite to put in our lives. Let us pray with great faith the Lord of Glory that He quickens our lives by sending his Holy Spirit power is restored so that it can strengthen us and give us a spirit of strong, wise and very stubborn to move forward and always for the high. The Holy Spirit of God who will teach us all things. He will give us the perfect understanding and wisdom necessary for us to be truly winners in Christ Jesus.

But oppression raises the needy on high from affliction, and maketh him families like a flock. Psalm 107:41

He raises the poor from the dust and lifts the needy from the dunghill, Psalm 113:7

The Lord upholds all who fall and lifts up all who are bowed down. Psalm 145:14

And the Lord said unto Joshua, Fear not, neither be dismayed: take all the people of war, get up, go up to Ai. Look, I have given into thy hand the king of Ai, his people, his city and his land. Joshua 8:1

Gold, silver, bronze and iron there is no account. Arise, therefore, get to work! And the Lord be with you! 1 Chronicles 22:16

Let us stand and armarmos with the powerful Word of God and with faith in God's promises for our lives, let's move on confident and having at heart the absolute certainty that God is faithful and He fulfills all the promises He placed in our hearts.

However, God can not do everything for us:

But the just shall live by faith, and if he shrinks back, my soul has no pleasure in him. Hebrews 10:38

Thou therefore gird up thy loins, and arise, and understood to them all that I command thee: be not dismayed before them, so I would not discourage you before them. Jeremiah 1:17

God does His part which is always support us, protect us and strengthen us with his amazing grace and presence in our lives. However, our part is we who must do. No one will do what is intended for us to do what is our part?

Our part is to first believe with all our heart in God the Father, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God and then stand up! That's right! Going to fight! And let the breeze and discouragement.

We must do to deserve the blessings of God we want for our lives. Now! If we want a job we have to study, we have to get up early and look for him. We can not give up at the first obstacle or problem. We have to use as a ladder to the problems that we can achieve success. If we want a better life we have to study, we have to work hard and so on, because:

But someone will say, Thou hast faith, and I have works: shew me thy faith without thy works, and I will show thee my faith by my works. But wilt thou know, O vain man, that faith without works is dead? For as the body without the spirit is dead, so faith without works is dead. - James 2:18, 20, 26

That's right! Our faith is completely empty unless we rise from our complacency and do not leave behind all feelings of defeat and hopelessness that we insist on taking us. Let's make a difference in our lives because we will only touch the invisible and impossible to destroy our lives when we assume a posture of true children of our Almighty God and that only when we can fully trust Him and persevere in the journey never discourage us or fold.

Amen and Thank God.
