14 And he came and touched the bier, and when they stopped the bearers, he said, Young man, I say unto thee, Arise. 15 The dead man sat up and began to speak. And he gave to his mother. 16 Fear seized them all, and glorified God, saying, A great prophet has arisen among us: and God hath visited his people. Luke 7: 14-16

43 And having said this, he cried with a loud voice, Lazarus, come forth! 44 The dead man came out, bound hand and foot with wrappings, and his face wrapped with a cloth. Jesus said to them: Loose him and let him go.

John 11: 43-44

Who ever saw a dead listening? Who ever saw a dead man revived and then talk? Anyone who has seen a revival and then go dead? Who ever saw one dead and then revive sit?



I have not seen and I believe that many have not had the opportunity to see it. However, at the time that the Lord Jesus Christ was among us He made some signs as those mentioned above and many people were able to witness these and other extraordinary events.

One might wonder?

How can a dead person hear? How can a dead man speak? How can a dead man walking?

The answer to a question like that only our Living God of infinite power can answer. It fits only fathom all these things, because only the Lord Jesus Christ is Lord of Lords and the Lord of life and death.

One thing is for us to reflect: Now! If the dead can hear the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ because others who are still alive do not hear the voice of your Lord who lovingly, day after day, never tired of calling their children to come to his flock to intimate their friendship, for your friendship and for eternal life with Him

If the dead to hear the voice of the Lord Jesus Christ that can only indicate that those who hear not the voice of our Creator are deaf, dead, or are so far from the Lord to His voice comes to them not to listen.

Many people are away from our God of Love. Therefore the Lord Jesus Christ taught us:

Verily, verily, he who hears My word and believes him who sent me has eternal life and not be condemned, but has passed from death to life. - John 5:24

Brothers and sisters! This is the great danger of being away from the life-giving words of our Lord Jesus Christ. Jesus told us:

It is the spirit that quickens, the flesh profits nothing: the words that I speak unto you are spirit and life. John 6:63

To not have to run the risk of becoming out of reach of words of redemption and salvation of our Lord, and what is worse, far from the Word of His resurrection, we must keep, day after day, a sincere and close relationship with our Lord Jesus. Such a relationship should always be based on truth and sincerity of heart that we may, with love and joy, to obey and practice its teachings and commandments.

Because this is the will of my Father, that everyone who sees the Son and believes in him shall have eternal life: and I will raise him on the last day. - John 6:40

That is why we must ensure and enhance our relationship with our God and Lord. We also open our eyes as well. Good hold our steps on the road. To continuously develop our trust and faith in God, the Lord Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit of God to earnestly seek the greatest blessing that we want in this world that is the amazing ability to always be faithful to our God and loving your neighbor as He loved.

All this so that, at the right time can also listen very carefully when our Lord Jesus Christ call us:

Come, blessed of my Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you since the foundation of the world - Matthew 25:34
